The Lady's Dress Code Examples

Ladies wear full length gowns of fine fabric.  Coarse fabrics, knits, or common prints are not appropriate.  The skirt must cover the ankles and slits may not rise above the knee.

Examples: Gentlemen Inappropriate Back to Dress Code		This simple, yet elegant, dress of fine chiffon looks marvelous in the ballroom. The gown may be one piece or a two piece ensemble.
		Full or flared skirts are ideal for waltzing.
		Tasteful prints and patterns of fine fabric may be worn. Straight skirts are also appropriate, but look for something that allows enough movement for dancing.  All skirts must cover the ankles.
		Bare shoulders are permitted. Opera gloves are appropriate but not required.
